A Bozeman architect commissioned this attractive, low slung coffee table. It was made from rift sawn (very lineal, straight grained) white oak and featured breadboard ends to finish off the top. The low height of the table, along with the heavy dimensions of the legs, gave it a feel of mass and sturdiness. A small overhang on the top kept the look very clean and contemporary.
