Ordering Process
Payments: Upon confirmation of your order, we require a 50% deposit. The balance must be paid prior to shipping, or if local, upon delivery. We accept cash or check.
Completion: We schedule work in the order that we receive the deposit. Our average construction time is 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the size of the project, but time frames vary according to our workload. We are a small business building custom pieces for individual clients with great care, which means we cannot guarantee your order will be completed by a specified date. We make every attempt to accommodate our customers, but there are rare times when circumstances beyond our control may cause your order to take longer than anticipated. We will do everything within our power to complete your job on schedule.
